JME Modified Epoxy Mortar (repair)

Material Profile

JME repair modified epoxy mortar is mainly made of thermosetting mixed resin, active wear-resistant aggregate, flexible toughening agent, coupling agent, antioxidant and other auxiliary agents as one component, and modified amine curing agent as another component. Its performance index conforms to the requirements of enterprise standard Q/WDJC 04-2018 "Enterprise Standard for JME Modified Epoxy Mortar", and the test method is in accordance with DL/T 5193-2004 "Technical Regulations for Epoxy Resin Mortar".

 

Performance Feature

1. Easy to apply and operate.

2. Certain thixotropy, and easy to apply vertically and horizontally.

3. High self-strength and bonding strength with concrete, and the structure is firmer after repair.

 

Application Field

Repair for honeycombs, pockmarks, and damaged areas of the concrete structures.

Surface treatment→ preparation of mortar → application → curing → acceptance check

 

Material Consumption

1. Mix ratio: A:B=3:1

2. Consumption: The thickness of the anti-abrasion layer is estimated in actual unit square.

 

Package and Storage

1. Package: 40kg/set.

2. It should be kept in cool and dry condition with 12-month quality guarantee period. If 12-month shelf life expired, it should be inspected according to “Enterprise Production Standard for JME Modified Epoxy Mortar”. When its main physical and mechanical performance indexes are up to standard, it can still be employed.

3. It is safe, nontoxic, and nonflammable substance that meets the transport requirements of civil aviation and railway.
