Material Profile

JC-EP Epoxy Putty is a solvent-free and two-component high performance structural repair material with modified epoxy resin and amine curing agent as the main materials. Its performance indicator meets the enterprise standard Q/WDJC 03-2018"JC-EP Epoxy Putty".

 

Performance Feature

1. Good bonding power with concrete substrate.

2. Excellent sealing effect and carbonization effect, and corrosion resistance.

3. It can be applied to both wet and dry environment.

 

Application Field

It is mainly used for surface protection and leveling of bridge structures and other concrete substrates, and works with Jucheng Fair-faced concrete protective coating (top coating) to achieve safety and durability of bridges.

Material Consumption

1. Mix ratio: A:B=3:1

2. Consumption: 1.8kg/m2(about 1mm thickness) calculated in accordance with the thickness of actual unit square.

 

Package and Storage

1. Package: 30kg/ group.

2. This product should be stored in a cool and dry place for 12 months.

3. This product is safe, nontoxic and non-flammable substance that meets the transportation requirements of civil aviation, railway and other transportation departments.
