FPSC Polymer Cement-based Mortar
Material Profile
FPSC polymer cement-based mortar, composed of special-purpose polymer emulsion (component A) and strength modified cement powdery materials (component B), is a polymer modified cement-based composite material that is applied to concrete structure reinforcement, durability rehabilitation and protection. Its performance indicators meet the requirements of national standard GB 50728-2011"Technical Specification for Safety Appraisal of Engineering Structure Reinforcement Material ".
Application Field
1. With respect to concrete members (girder, plate, and pillar), the concrete member steel wire rope(steel strand) meshes, steel meshes — polymer mortar reinforcement strengthening method supporting mortar will be employed; as for masonry, expanded steel metal lash, steel meshes — polymer mortar reinforcement strengthening method supporting mortar will be applied.
2. It is applied to the surface thin layer rehabilitation for honeycombs, pores, pitted surface protective layer damage and peeling, and durability rehabilitation and thickened protective layer protection for concrete surface layer crazing and peeling caused by carbonization, chlorine salt and sulfate corrosion, abrasion, and freezing and thawing damages in water conservancy project, electric power plant, port engineering structure, and bridges.
3. Supporting mortar for the steel structure surface corrosion prevention after the concrete members (girder, plate, and pillar) bonded steel plate reinforcement and externally wrapped shaped steel reinforcement and rough surface leveling.
Material Performance
1. The mixed product of sound workability can be sprayed with mortar injection pump or directly constructed with trowel and plastering tools.
2. After the mortar hardening, the product is featured with high tensile strength, high impact toughness, and low shrinkage strain.
3. It boasts excellent performance, including resistance against aging, carbonization, abrasion, seepage, sulfate corrosion, alkali, and freezing and thawing, and steel bar protection.
4. Good binding
power to all materials.
