Material Profile
Steel-Encasing Grouting Material is applied to the reinforcement project for concrete members. And its performance indicators meet the requirements of GB/T 50448-2015"Technical Specification for Application of Cement-based Grouting Materials".
Material Feature
1. Slurry: It is easy to prepare at the construction site, that is, adding water into the grouting materials. The prepared slurry is featured with good fluidity, low bleeding rate, low plastic settlement and pressurized grouting for compactness, which overcomes the disadvantages of emulsion mortar.
2. Hardened body: Early strength, high strength and lasting high strength, no shrinkage or hollowing, and excellent joint work between externally encased steel and concrete. Compared with epoxy resin adhesive, it is featured with resistance against high temperature (300℃), aging and water and can be welded on the steel plate (frame) after grouting.
Application Field
1. Wet-type externally wrapped steel grouting;
2. Applicable to 1+mm caulking grouting.
Material Consumption
Each 1m3space is grouted with 1.8 tons dry powder of ICG Steel-Encasing Grouting Material.
Package and Storage
It is a hydraulic and active powder material packed with moisture-proof compound bag (50 kg/bag NW). It should be kept in dampproof, waterproof, dry and sealed condition with 6 months shelf life.
