ICG Prestressed Duct Grouting Material
Material Profile
ICG prestressed duct grouting material of high-performance can fill the gap between prestressed steels and concrete in the post-tensioned and pre-stressed concrete structure and protect reinforcing steel bars. It is composed of Portland cement (substrate), special grouting admixture and other modified materials. Its performance indicators meet the requirements of industrial standard JTG/T F50-2011"Technical Specifications for Highway, Bridge and Culvert Construction"(new bridge standard), and TB/ T3192-2008"Technical Conditions of Pipeline Grouting for Railway Post-tensioned and Prestressed Concrete Beam"(iron standard).
Performance Feature
1. Low water-binder ratio: 0.27±0.01 (new bridge standard), 0.32±0.01 (railway standard).
2. High stability: Zero bleeding without segregation or settlement.
3. Micro-expansibility: Plastic expansion, late-stage shrinkage compensation.
4. Easy to use, dry powder in bags; add quantitative water on site and mix for applying.
5. High filling: Full and dense slurry in the duct without gaps.
6. High liquidity.

Package and Storage
1. It is packed in plastic woven bag with lining, 50kg/ bag NW.
2. It should be kept in dampproof, waterproof and sun-proof, cool and dry condition during transport.
3. The shelf life is 6 months from the date of production under dry and sealed condition. It should be rechecked and qualified for use when 6 months is expired.
