1.  Principle of Inspection

 

Based on the basic principle of structural stress and failure, structure test enables us to obtain mechanical properties of the structure and make an assessment on bearing capacity and operational performance of structures and members through observing the performance of the structure under stress with a variety of gauges and testing devices and measuring the data, including deformation, strain, temperature, amplitude, frequency and width of cracks.
