Material Profile

Lukuaitong Repair Mortar is a single-component, quick set and high early strength repair material that is developed for emergency maintenance projects. It can be applied after mixing with quantitative clean water at the construction site. The hardened slurry is featured with excellent dimensional stability, chloridion penetration-resistant property and high adhesive property. Its performance index conforms to the requirements of the enterprise standard Q/WDJC 01-2018"Lukuaitong Repair Mortar".

Performance Feature

1.Ultra-high early strength and ultimate strength can meet the requirements of rapid repair for concrete.

2.The product boasts modified polymer, reinforced fiber, shrinkage compensation and good crack resistance, which is free from chloride early strength agent and corrosion of reinforcing steel bars.

3.Outstanding workability and low temperature（-5℃）construction performance.

4.Strong cohesive force between Lukuaitong Repair Mortar and the concrete body, along with excellent water proof, abrasive resistance, chloride penetration-resistant property, freezing and thawing resistance and deicing salt-resistant property.

5. It is easy to operate with dry powdery materials in bags and can be applied with water mixing at the construction site.

Substrate treatment → interface immersion → mortar mixing → repairing → curing

Material Consumption

The dry powdery material consumption reaches 18.5~19.5kg/m2·cm thickness, which depends on concrete surface and construction methods accordingly.

Package and Storage

It is kept in a 50kg compound bag and should be stored cool and dry to avoid moisture and water. The valid quality guarantee period will last for 6 months in the dry and sealed condition.
