ICG Equipment Foundation and Grouting Material for Strengthening
Material Profile
It is a cement-based grouting material with high strength and no shrinkage, and its performance indicators meet the requirements of GB/T 50448-2015"Technical Specifications for Application of Cement-based Grouting Materials".
Performance Feature
1. Self-flow and self-compaction: It is mixed with water on site and directly grouted the equipment foundation to fill the gap without concrete vibration.
2. Early strength, high strength and lasting high-strength: The highest strength can reach 30 MPa within 1 day. It can be debugged or put into operation 1 day after the equipment is grouted. The strength can reach 80+MPa within 28 days without late-stage strength shrinkage.
3. Slight expansion: It enhances the anchorage force of foundation bolt to ensure the equipment are firmly connected to the foundation.
4. Oil seepage resistance: It can adapt to oil pollution environment.
5. Durability: Resistance against crack, water seepage, chemical corrosion, water, and high temperature (300℃).
Application Field
1.Grouting and secondary grouting for various large-scale machines and equipment foundation installment;
2. Post-cast strip and non-shrinking grouting for concrete construction;
3.Renovation and grouting reinforcement for concrete structures, and grouting for beam-column joints.
Material Consumption
Each 1m3space is grouted with 2.1 tons dry
powder of ICG Equipment Foundation and Grouting Material for Strengthening.
Package and Storage
It is a hydraulic and active powder material packed with moisture-proof compound bag (50 kg/bag NW). It should be kept in dampproof, waterproof, dry and sealed condition with 6 months shelf life.
