Material Profile
JME modified epoxy mortar (impact and abrasion resistance), solvent-free and two-component structural repair and protection material of high performance, is mainly composed of modified epoxy resin and amine curing agent. Its performance indicator meets the requirements of enterprise standard Q/WDJC 05-2018"JME modified epoxy mortar (impact and abrasion resistance)".
Performance Feature
1. High self-strength, high bonding strength with concrete, excellent abrasion resistance and strength of impact and abrasion resistance is no less than 2.5h ·cm2/g.
2. It boasts a certain elasticity and toughness, good impact and abrasion resistance, and can effectively resist the erosion of materials and the surface impact of the spillway tunnel bybed loads from high-velocity flow.
3. Its linear expansion property matches with expansion-shrinkage property of the concrete, and the repaired layer can work with the concrete, avoiding disconnection of the repaired interface layer due to huge difference between the expansion-shrinkage property of two materials.
Application Field
It is mainly applied to rehabilitation and protection for the concrete’s impingement, abrasion and damage from hydraulic high-velocity flow, and some areas of small temperature difference and high-velocity flow, such as plunge pool and spillway tunnel.
Construction Technology
Substrate treatment→ surface cleaning → application of base solution → application of epoxy mortar → curing
Material Consumption
1. Mix ratio: A : B = 3:1
2. Consumption: It is calculated based on the layer thickness of impact and abrasion resistance per actual square.
Package and Storage
1. Package: 32kg/group.
2.It should be kept in cool and dry condition with 12-month shelf life.
3.It is safe, nontoxic, and nonflammable substance that can meet the transport requirements of civil aviation and railway.
